Katie Luna is a passionate community builder and dynamic leader with a proven track record in advancing business growth, innovation, and regional collaboration. As CEO of the Menifee Valley Chamber of Commerce and with 14 years in the industry, she has led strategic initiatives that elevate local businesses, strengthen legislative advocacy, modernize operations, and deepen partnerships across Southwest Riverside County.

Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Cal State Fullerton and a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governor’s University, equipping her with both the strategic foundation and leadership insight that shape her work today.

Yet beyond her professional accomplishments, Katie’s greatest source of pride and purpose is her family. She and her husband, Javier, are proud parents to three children; Serina, a young adult forging her own path, and two spirited boys, Sebastian and Dominic, who keep life joyful and full of energy. Together, the Luna family is deeply rooted in faith and community, finding connection and inspiration through their involvement at Abundant Life Church in Menifee. Whether at home, at work, or in service, Katie leads with heart, intention, and a deep love for the people and places she calls home.
